Searching telephones numbers online, either landlines or mobile / cell, can be effective, however as well and searching it starting with a local code and an international code, it would be best if you also searched it as a ''phrase'' in the style which that that country sets out and spaces its telephone numbers.

This will not provide a completely exhaustive list of all the potential number / space variations which you could do by doing single searches and then changing the spaces manually and may not work best with UK telephone numbers but it may be better than nothing.
