Generally archiving sites do not archive social media accounts, however if you are researching a social media account, it is always worth checking to see if an account has been archived or not. Also, if an account is currently set as Private or Restricted, has it always been Private or Restricted? or was it archived when it was Public? Likewise, if an account has recently been closed or deleted, then was it archived when it was still available?

When searching archive.org for a social media account, don't only search the full current URL with the current account name, but adjust the URL to search for any account name which may have been used with the account since it was first created. Also in relation to X / Twitter, don't only search with x.com in the URL, but search with twitter.com, which ran for longer and may be more relevant when researching older accounts.

Then, if there are any positive results, you should change from Calendar Results to URL Results, which in the above example goes from 2 results on the Calendar view, to over 2,200 results in URL view. This is especially useful when researching social media accounts, as it is easy to view Posts from around specific dates.
