2020 OSINT Website Updates

December 2020
Annoying but the Twitter Password Reset link on the Twitter page of our website now no longer gives you redacted email and mobile details linked to an account.
We have added a link for www.cellmapper.net to the Search Mobile Masts In The UK section on the Mobile & Phone Related Sites page of our website. cellmapper lets you search an area to see where the mobile masts are located.
We have updated the Facebook page of our website because of the changes that Facebook have made recently and will be updating our training to reflect that.
We have added a link for www.jimpl.com to the Exif / Hidden Data Viewers section on the Photo Relates Sites page of our website. jimpl displays any Exif data associated with an uploaded digital image.
We have added a link for www.skypli.com to the Skype section on the Messenger Apps & Others page of our website. skypli lets you search a Skype account name to locate any listed account details for it.
November 2020
We have created a section called "Mirror Your Mobile To Your Computer Desktop" to the Messenger Apps & Others page of our website. The links under this heading are to www.letsview.com & www.apowersoft.com, which allow you to mirror your mobile to your computer desktop, which might be useful if you are running sock puppets on a smartphone rather than an emulator.
Have added a link for www.nitter.net to the Twitter page of our website. nitter.net lets you view the posts from a Twitter account without signing in to Twitter.
The clever people from Epieos have added a free online tool to search a mobile number against a number of online sites and messaging apps, which we have added to the Mobile & Phone Related Sites page of our website and updated that section of the training module.
Have added a link for www.usersearch.io to the General People Search Sites section on the of the People & Username Search Sites page of our website. Usersearch a search site for account names on social media sites and so much more.
Have added a link for www.typohound.com to the eBay Sites of the Favorites page of our website. TypoHound generates spelling errors of a searched term to look for items on eBay which maybe otherwise missed.
Have added a link for www.crewlist.org.uk to the Details of Ships section on the Ships (& Boat) Related Sites page of our website. CrewList is a useful database, mostly historic, with searchable details of ships and crews.
Have added a link for www.findagrave.com to the Deceased & Burial / Grave Databases section on the Genealogy Linked Sites page of our website. findagrave is a useful worldwide searchable name database for graves, it's far from complete but still useful.
Just added a few new links to the Worldwide section of the Electoral Roll Databases heading on the Favorite page of our website, with links to www.locatefamily.com & www.locate-friend.com both of which are free to search, via a surname, returning results from around the world, including UK & Ireland. Not every address nor everyone linked to that address is included but quite a few are.
Just added a section called Personalised Mapping Tools to the Maps section on the Favorites page of our website.
October 2020
As there have been so many changes with Instagram this year, I will be updating that section of the our training material and the Instagram page of our website.
Have added a link for www.vat-lookup.co.uk to the Company Related Sites page of our website. vat-lookup has details of lots of companies in the UK and Europe, searchable by company name or vat number.
Updated the IP Grabbers page of our website.
The wonderful online resource from Epieos, has added details to a gmail email users Google Calendar, so I have updated the Google Account ID's page of our website and updated that section of the Email training module.
Added a link to www.phoneebook.co.uk on the Telephone (Landline & Mobile) Directory Sites section of the Mobile & Phone Related Sites page of our website. phoneebook is an online UK directory enquiries site, with a useful reverse phone number lookup function.
Just added a section called Animal Related Sites to the Favorites page of our website and will be adding more links to it over the next few months as we have recently offered to help an Animal Protection charity with online research into those suspected of abusing animals.

Made some changes to the Anonymous / Privacy Style Search Engines section on the Search Engines page of our website.
Made some changes to the Maps section on the Favorites page of our website.
Added a link to Leak Peek on the Electoral Roll Databases section of the Favorites page of our website, as it's a really useful site providing a cheap daily service for searching people against the UK electoral roll data and we have also updated the linked training module on Databases Research.
Made some changes to the Domains & IP's page of our website.
Added a link to Leak Peek on the Hacked Email & Online Accounts section on the Emails page of our website and updated the linked training module on Understanding E-mails As An Investigative Resource.
Made some changes to the Other Pages and the Social Media Sites page of our website, hopefully it will make it a bit clearer to users.

Added a link for www.instantusername.com to the Social Media Search Sites section of the People Search Sites page of our website. InstantUsername is a useful free site which can be used to locate social networking accounts for people by screenname / account name.
Added a link for www.mapillary.com to the Maps section of the Favorites page of our website. Mapillary is a useful free site showing crowdsourced video / images from peoples dashboard cameras, useful for areas not covered by Google Streetview etc.
Made a few changes to the Emails page of our website, adding a few new links and also updated the linked training module on Understanding E-mails As An Investigative Resource.
Added a link to the new wonderful online resource from Epieos, to the Google Account ID's page of our website and updated that section of the Email training module.
Added a couple of new links to the Property Related Sites page of our website, so you can obtain historic copies of UK Land Registry documents.
Made a few changes to the Instagram page of our website, adding a few new links and also updated the linked training module on Social Media Photos & Video Sites.
Added several new links to the Trade Marks section of the Favorites page of our website, so you can research who if anyone owns a Trade Marked term or image.
Added a new link under the Facebook Ad Library heading on the Facebook page of our website, so you can add the Facebook Account ID Number of your subject's account to the end of the link, to see if they have paid for any Facebook Ad's.
Just written this month’s OSINT / i3 Updates, this one covers; A New Social Media Site To Be Aware Of / Useful Add-ons & Extensions / Google Account ID Numbers - Email Qwarie to receive these update emails or to ask about their internet investigations & social media research training courses.
Moved the links from several different pages of our website to create a new page at Online Translation Sites on our website, with links to Free Online Written Language Translation Sites, Emoji Translators, SMS Text Translators, Popular Online Chat Abbreviations / Acronyms Sites and Modern Terms / Urban Dictionary.
Added several new links to the Photo EXIF Data section of the Add-Ons page of our website and updated that section of the Researching Digital Images training module.
Have updated the Google Account ID's page of our website with details of new techniques to obtain a Google Users Account ID Number from a shared Google Drive document and a Gmail email address and updated that section of the Email training module.
Added several new links to the Email Tracking section of the Add-Ons page of our website and updated that section of the Email training module.
Moved some of the links from the Email page of our website to a new page at Email Trackers on our website and updated that section of the Email training module.
Moved some of the links from the Favorites page of our website to a new page at IP Grabbers on our website and updated that section of the Email training module.
Added several new links to the Reverse Image Searches section of the Add-Ons page of our website and updated that section of the Researching Digital Images Online training module.
Added several new links to the Archived & Cached Pages section of the Add-Ons page of our website and updated that section of the Internet Structure, Domain Names & Website Investigations training module.
July 2020
Added several new links to the Odd & Useful Computer/Internet Sites section of the Favorites page of our website. Sites like KnightLab's Timeline which can help you create a useful Timeline and KnightLab's StoryMap which can help you create a useful StoryMap to visually display your research findings.
Google seem to have removed the GMail ID Number from open display, which could be obtained in the way described on the GMail User ID's page of our website, hopefully we will find another way to obtain it shortly and will update the website and our training material.
Just written this month’s OSINT / i3 Updates, this one covers; OSINT Changes With Facebook & Linkedin / Useful Add-ons / Extensions / Using Genealogy Sites / Some New Useful OSINT Resources - Email Qwarie at training@qwarie.com to receive these emails or to ask about their internet investigations & social media research training courses.
We have added some links to the Mobile Phone Trackers section on the Mobile & Phone Related Sites page of our website. We have not managed to try them yet but they report that for around £1/€1 p/trace that they can send a covert tracking SMS / Call to track a mobile phone to the nearest mast that it is connected to.
We have moved the links for the Genealogy sites and for the Wills & Probate sites from the Favorites page to their own page at Genealogy Linked Sites and added some new links and updated the databases section of our training material.
Someone let us know that www.t2a.io has now changed and unfortunately redacts the electoral roll results. We will try to find a suitable free replacement, which we will add to the Electoral Roll Databases section on the Favorites Sites page of our website.

We have added www.freedar.uk to the Aircraft Location / Tracking Details section on the Aircraft Related Sites page of our website. freedar is another live flight tracking site but includes many military aircraft.
We have added www.tosdr.org to the Odd & Useful Computer/Internet Sites section on the Favorites Sites page of our website. tosdr is a community project which aims to analyze and grade the terms of service and privacy policies of major Internet sites and services, so you know what they really mean.
We have added www.bitchute.com to the Video Upload Sites section on the Video Sites page of our website. bitchute is a video upload site used by many far-right individuals and conspiracy theorists.

We have added www.safetydetectives.com to the Password Generators section on the Password Related Sites page of our website. Safety Detectives Password Meter changes a word or a phrase into a more secure password.
The Covid-19 lockdown discount on our OSINT / i3 Distance Learning Training will be finishing at the end of June, so Email to sign up for it now before the price goes up in July.

We have added www.ezyzip.com to the Convert File Types section on the Favorites page of our website. ezyzip enables you to open any type of compressed file, as well as letting you compress files.
There have been even more annoying changes with Instagram, so now you can't view any Instagram accounts or images without first signing in to Instagram first. You can use one of the many third party Instagram sites, some of which are displayed under the Third Party Instagram Sites section of the Instagram page of our website. We have updated our training to reflect the changes.
We have added www.runnaroo.com to the Meta Search Engine section on the Search Engines page of our website.

We have added a couple of word documents that you can use to create flowchart to show links between people & online accounts etc. The first is for showing Links Between People & the other is for when you are Researching A Person.

fickrfindr - was added to the Turn A Flickr Account Name Into A Flickr Account ID Number section of the Photo Related Sites page of our website - fickrfindr enables you to locate a Flickr account from an email address and also turns a Flickr Account Name into a Flickr Account ID Number.
www.travelwithdrone.com - was added to the Odd Mapping Tools section of the Favorites page of our website - travelwithdrone has a map showing crowdsourced videos from peoples drone cameras, which may be useful for areas not covered by streetview etc.

Added several new links to the Weather Related Sites section of the Favorites page of our website, which are useful when researching images & locations to compare them with the known weather and how the shadows would have been shown etc.
Added a new link on the Creating Online ID's page of our website for the Fake Credit Card Generator, which provides fake details for various credit card types.
We have made some changes to the Instagram page of our website, adding links to a number of third party Instagram sites, which allow access to accounts & their uploaded posts without signing in to Instagram.
There have been more annoying changes with Instagram, so basically now you can't open an image on Instagram to see who has Liked it & Commented on it etc unless you have signed in to Instagram, however you can open it & view it if you Right Click on the post and then select 'Open Link In New Tab' or 'Copy Link Location" from an image and paste into a new tab. We have updated our training material to include this.

www.dualmaps.com - was added to the Maps section of the Favorites page of our website - dualmaps is a useful tool which combines Google Maps with Birds Eye Imagery and Google StreetView onto one page
Added a new link on the LinkedIn page of our website and our training, which is from @sinwindie.
Viewing An Individuals Recent Activity - If you are signed into LinkedIn and viewing someone’s account, without necessarily being linked to them, then to view their recent LinkedIn activity, such as Postings, Comments and Likes, use the following link, adding their LinkedIn Account Name & Number in the appropriate area in this Link.
www.licenseplatemania.com - was added to the Motor Vehicles - International section of the Motor Vehicle Related Sites page of our website - licenseplatemania is a useful tool showing how different countries vehicle registration plates are formatted and displayed
It appears that the ability to search for an individuals LinkedIn account from an email address has now been disabled by Google / LinkedIn and so the link to this will be removed from the LinkedIn page of our website and our training has been updated.

Just added www.whatsmyname.app to the Social Media Search Sites section on the People Search Sites page of our website. whatsmyname allows you to search a number of sites for a username.
Just made some changes to the Hacked Email & Online Accounts section on the Email page of our website, where you can check to see if an email address has been hacked / breached and the details offered for sale on the Dark Web etc.
Just added a few more sties to the African & Nigerian Related Sites section on the General Social Media page of our website. Including African Zone & Nairaland.

www.distill.io - was added to the Website Monitoring section of the AddOns page of our website - distill seems a good way to track / monitor websites and pages for changes, to get email alerts, push notifications and slack/discord alerts on changes. It’s available as an addon / extension with both free & paid for options
www.ufind.name - was added to the People Search Sites page of our website - ufind is a people search site but is quite USA focused
